EMEK is back with the his first PJ poster in 10 years. But, this comes with a catch... or a few. First, the image on the poster (right) comes from an art print (left) entitled: Unnatural Resources 1 (The Wave). Second, according to rumblings, it's a bootleg and he will be hearing from Pearl Jam's lawyers. Ames Bros. is creating the official poster for the July 13th show in Santa Barbara. But, who knows what will happen.

With that said, it's a great PJ show poster and the imagery is a perfect fit with the band, it's ideas and practices... especially considering today they announced the Carbon Portfolio Strategy for their 2006 World Tour. The poster is printed on recycled hemp paper also.

Interestingly, EMEK has posted this along with information on the poster on his website: "1 pers.. and monitored for e-ctivity...." Looks like he is trying to curtail the flipping that is so rampant in the poster community right now.
